Agenda for October Meeting

Good morning committee members! I will be sending out an invitation for a committee teleconference soon.  Please submit any agenda items here that you would like to address at the meeting.  Some things I thought might be important:

• sharing of web-related skills and backgrounds
• defining roles and responsibilities
• what is the purpose of the website?  what roles does / should it serve?
• timeline / goals for six months

• smooth the posting / update process
• better social network integration
• change of template / format

• blog post workflow/timelines
• a "ticket" system in which we all share the duties of making updates to the site
• SEO strategy, if any
• how we can support the social media group

This is the agenda as it stands.  We can discuss Nationbuilder during the goal-setting process.  I don't think it would be appropriate to bring in an unscheduled member, but we can discuss it once we begin the meeting.  Talk to you all soon!
