MemberGood morning committee members! I will be sending out an invitation for a committee teleconference soon. Please submit any agenda items here that you would like to address at the meeting. Some things I thought might be important:
- sharing of web-related skills and backgrounds
- defining roles and responsibilities
- what is the purpose of the website? what roles does / should it serve?
- timeline / goals for six months
- smooth the posting / update process
- better social network integration
- change of template / format

MemberI definitely would like to talk about a couple of things:
- blog post workflow/timelines
- a "ticket" system in which we all share the duties of making updates to the site
- SEO strategy, if any
- how we can support the social media group
