    Coloradans for Alternatives to the Death Penalty Foundation is holding several events in Denver and Colorado Springs during the later party of September.  I learned about this group when we were tabling at the People's Fair this year.  They may be an organization that we could collaborate with in the future.  Wednesday, 9/19, 11:30am – 1pm CADP Foundation Coalition Meeting – join us as we strategize to repeal the death penalty. Tuesday 9/25, 7- 9pm  “Beyond Repair” death penalty speaking tour with Gail Rice, sister of murdered Police Officer Bruce Vanderjagt, and Juan Melendez, death row exoneree. Good Shepherd Episcopal Church.  8545 E Dry Creek Rd.  Centennial, 80112.

Thursday 9/27, 7- 9pm “Beyond Repair” death penalty speaking tour with Gail Rice, sister of murdered Police Officer Bruce Vanderjagt, and Juan Melendez, death row exoneree.  Light of the World Catholic Parish, 10306 W Bowles Ave.  Littleton, 80127.

Friday 9/28, 6- 8pm Fundraiser party for CADPF at the home of Randy Canney and Bonnie Simpson.  2341 Forest St.  Denver, 80207.  Enjoy dinner and the  powerful stories of Gail Rice, sister of murdered Police Officer Bruce Vanderjagt, and Juan Melendez, death row exoneree.
