Hi Colorado Greens Council,The AJ Greens has developed flyers and business cards that we would like to share with the rest of the Colorado greens.  Here is a brief summary.  The attached documents are editable formats that others can use plus a list of slogan ideas that we developed for use on flyers.BUSINESS CARDS:Purpose of cards – have something easy to give out when talking to someone who might be interested in coming to a local meeting.Format of card:  general info so that card does not go out of date.  Include website and Facebook page where meeting details can be found.General Green Party info on back of card.Any Green Party Chapter is welcome to edit the word doc for their own Chapter info, meetings, etc.Cards are made to be printed on Avery #8876 Ivory Two-Sided Clean Edge Business Card sheets found at Office Depot.  It is two pages, with the “front” to be printed on one side, and the “back” to be printed on the other side.  I used an ivory color card stock, but I think white will work just fine. The cost of the card should be listed as a donation to the State Party for any Chapter that does not have a treasurer.FLYERSPurpose of flyers – have something to post on bulletin boards or leave on tables in places like libraries, senior centers, wherever they are allowed – that has info about the local meetings and a hopefully catchy slogan to grad attention..Format of flyer:  general info so that flyer does not go out of date.  Include website and Facebook page where meeting details can be found.Front of card:  info on local chapter meetings, slogan to attract attentionBack of card:  List of the Green Party 10-Key Values with the value that corresponds to the slogan on the front expanded to the full text and in a bold font.  (Not enough room to expand all of them).  The flyers were inadvertently made using an old Green Party (split-off) website, so they are in a different order and wording is slightly different that the “official” Green Party 10 Key Values.  In my opinion the differences are inconsequential.  If anyone has time to fix that it would be appreciated (I do not).Any Green Party Chapter is welcome to edit the word doc for their own Chapter info, meetings, etc.Flyers will bleed through (One side visible from the other side) if not printed on a sufficiently thick and opaque paper stock.  We used 70# opaque paper in one printing and 60# opaque paper in another and that seemed to work well.Unless prior-approved by the council the cost of the flyer should be listed as a donation to the State Party for any Chapter that does not have a treasurer and a note to that effect sent to the state Green Party treasurer.Dues to the postin limit, I will post more documents in a second post.Michael HaugheyAJ Greens Chairperson
