Background:  The location of the GPCO meetings rotates each year.  5. Justification/Goals:  Set the location of the Annual Meeting.  6. Pros and Cons:  n/a7. Alternatives to the proposal:  n/a 8. Supporting statements including references to other sources of readily accessible materials to aid in the members’ decision making process.
