    Dear Council Members, Proposal 012-003 to reinstate the Southwest Greens has passed through agreement seeking with no blocks or stand asides.  11 of 11 participating council members in agreement (100%).  Section 3.1.1.2 states that a chapter’s reinstatement requires a 60% of the council.  Welcome back to active status, Southwest Greens!
