    Recently, two proposals have moved through council.  While I don't disagree with the sentiment of either, I'm a little concerned that both required amending, and both require some consideration that wasn't given during the Agreement Seeking process, which lasts only 7 days. It would behoove us as a Council to use the Proposal Drafting board to present proposals, gain support, and hash out changes.  You can always move forward with Agreement Seeking whenever you'd like.  This avoids the time-crunch and confusion of amendments as we saw with these last two proposals. Great to see some party leaders stepping forward with proposals.  Now, let's make sure some of our newcomers have a chance to participate in the discussion and framing part!  If there are any questions about how to do post in the Proposal Drafting board, please let me know. http://gpco.fullydefiant.com/forum/index.php?board=5.0

    Has a call to the annual meeting been sent out to all chapters?
