Hello Committee! For this festival I'm planning on having something there to gather funds for the party. Laura Clark made a template for donations over $20, which we have to record. I was thinking about finding a neat jar over at the local thrift store and using it to collect donations, maybe having a nice sunflower on it or something. We have a canopy and some chairs, should have a table. I'm thinking about avoiding passing out literature because its a fest and I don't want our fliers ending up all over the ground. Any thoughts on ways we could raise funds while at the event? My wife's healing center will provide chair massage for some of the time, and donate 50% of the earnings to the party. I'm open to ideas about fundraising. Maybe I could get some stage time to encourage people to donate?
