Their intent is not to punish those chapters like Pikes Peak who are working hard to recruit new Greens via activism as opposed to voter registration drives alone. I can tell that the work is paying off, and it's a great local decision. We ARE the electoral tactic for grassroots movements, after all.I'll let this ride for a couple days to make sure everyone has a chance to review the results, and then I'll ask Sean to update the bylaws.
