MemberMichael it's clearly stated in the original post to designate your vote as agree stad aside or block. Your vote of a “no” is not an appropriate response. Please respond appropriately in the future to avoid confusion and avoid unnecessary delays such as with this thread. Thanks.

MemberMichael, Can you clarify your vote? As stated in the proposal: agree, stand aside, and block are acceptable forms of voting. A blocking vote from you will halt agreement seeking and move the proposal to a vote instead. A stand aside vote will keep the proposal here until enough "agree" votes have been reached.

MemberAndrea, we have 3 who agree with the inclusions. Sean would make 4 if he posts his agreement to the amended proposal. That would mean we are still 1 vote shy of a passed proposal. Bill or Laura agreeing would equal the 5 needed to pass the proposal.

MemberThe Proposal has been amended.Amended Proposal:This proposal will effectuate a Call for Nominations for state party offices for the August 29, 2015, state meeting to be held in Denver, CO.The state party offices open for nominations are: 2 co-chairs, 1 secretary, 1 treasurer, 2 National Committee to GPUS delegates, 1 forum facilitator.Nominations may be made by any member of the GPCO council, by state officers or by chapter co-chairs. Self nominations may also be made. Nominees must have been registered as a Green for at least 6 months, accept the 10 Key Values and upon acceptance of the nomination, agree to support the presidential nominee as selected by the Green Party of the United States (GPUS).Nominations must be submitted by email to the GPCO secretary and posted on the council General Discussion forum within 24 hours of receipt. The official call for nominations will include a description of each position as delineated in the GPCO bylaws or Procedures and Guidelines, as applicable. The deadline for all nominations is 9 pm on Saturday, August 15, 2015. The official Call for Nominations will also be posted on the GPCO website and social media and/or email lists or listservs, as well as distributed to each chapter for dissemination.Please RE-CAST your votes for the AMENDED Proposal.Agreement Seeking has been extended through Aug 5th.
