Looks like the date and location have been decided as August 29th at the Corky Gonzalez library!

I just realized that last Saturdays are sometimes an issue for me, so I'm throwing my support for the 12th. However, holding it either before or after Labor Day sets a nice tone, as well.  🙂  A great time for a "Green Party"!

You're doing great!  Thank you for your help Brittany!

The four of us would be appropriate, if we are still all in.  Andrea, I know you're working on National right now, but I would still love your help in any capacity you can give. I'll start a committee board for us to work in tonight!

That question would be better directed on that thread…

Agree!!  By my count, seven days has passed, but the bill indicates July 10th so let's roll with that for now, unless someone objects.

We're having one towards the fall.  There is an ongoing thread in the Council Discussion area.

I'm going to just extend this agreement seeking another week, since it seems like there is little debate and a simple lack of participation.  Unless this strikes anyone as a problem, I think we have found a quorum with Joseph's agreement. Brittany is going to give us a review of the numbers as they stand.

Stepping in for an intent adjustment.  The Annual Meeting will still have to be held in person at a location to be determined by the committee. The reason for this is that an Annual Meeting must be open to the public, and Greens in attendance must be able to participate.  We cannot remove the physical meeting component from the Annual Meeting. What Andrea and I were discussing was having a "Central Committee Meeting" -- bringing the council together in real-time to hash through an agenda of issues prior to the Annual Meeting.  This would also build up some much-needed cohesion. The same infrastructure used for this might also be harnessed to allow for virtual participation in future state meetings (perhaps even this year). If this sounds reasonable, discussion of this "virtual central committee meeting" deserves its own thread, with Annual Meeting discussion to continue.

We didn't have the support to throw a fundraiser successfully.  Her staff took the opportunity for face-to-face working while they had the chance. This time, their staff gave us less than a month's notice they were coming.  Most of the details were ironed out within the 10 days prior to her arrival.  Next year they intend on coming again for the rally.  Knowing this we will be better prepared for her arrival.

I would support that proposal for 15Now.

Speaking if which, I'd like to see you come back to the Website Committee!

The feature/problem in detail: The Forum is open to Registered Greens only, and is disabled for the general public. There is a manual process >> Registration occurs through our GPCO website, users are verified as Green, their accounts are created, and they are notified.  This member may have had an unusually long registration delay.  🙁  The problem isn't the system, its not having enough staff to make the system run effectively.

Hi Harry!  This is not a "problem" it is a feature.  Somehow the member in question didn't see their welcome email to the forum, or the "Forgot Password" link. The only reason this member noticed they couldn't access the forum was because I sent out a Newsletter to all members of the forum announcing some activity there.  I just sent out an email reminder to everyone on the forum explaining how to access it and where to find some help navigating it.  I haven't poked around those beginner forums in a while, but I think the information there is all still valid.
