That's weird.. it's on all of them.  I'll look at the source file and republish them..  You may be able to make out most of the names, but that might be an issue for some!  Thank you for pointing that out!

Here's the link to all for the lists where we have active Green chapters.  Please take yours and put it to use!! I'll be checking in about a month from now to see how many valid phone numbers and email addresses we can collect.  https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B_PEp7Yj0MyHfjhla1RlWUk5eW5yZWU4cGlMczhZSy1PZUpTMURkQnR5RHpMbjhzazF3b2c&authuser=1If you want another county, let me know.  There will be a 24 hour turn around time (at most). If you would like sections of ALL registered voters, or all dems, etc., let me know.  This can be arranged!

I'd suggest setting a chapter goal of working through these lists ..- check for known Greens first (from last year's work)- try the phone numbers of the remainder (verify address, get email)The state could use the Chapters' verified lists in creative ways (mailing campaigns for instance).

in reply to: Too many chiefs! (Bill’s Gripe) #819

Actually, you're quite right, Michael. Please allow me to "soften my gripe" and kind of withdraw it.  Hasty words, hasty thoughts. A commendation is more appropriate.  Many of our "Chiefs" are doing an excellent job of growing local chapters!!  ~ Gripe withdrawn ~

Awesome!  I was going to suggest one person from each chapter, as well. Thank you for offering to prepare the "facilities" for this Virtual Summit, Harry! I like the idea of GoToMeeting or similar, so we can at least have the option for video as well as audio. Setting a dealing for recommendations seems premature to me.

Thanks for the feedback and support.  Here's a prefinal version. I was thinking I would simply send this to all of the chapter leaders to distribute as they see fit..? Maybe I could post a link to it on Facebook, as well? I'm open to ideas..?

in reply to: Call for Lasting Peace between Israel and Palestine #778

I can try another draft, but after two tries I was a little tired of nitpicking the details.  Any version I draft is likely to highlight Israel as the aggressor, mainly because that's they way I see it.  If we want something softer on Israel, and softer on religion, perhaps someone else can come up with a draft that might be more palatable for those who have some allegiance to the Israeli state. I have no allegiance to either side, and I hold no fealty to people's religious fanaticism regarding the "Holy Land".  These two things may be problematic for some of our members who have taken issue with my wording.

Distribution — everywhere!!  That's why I thought PDF would be good, since it allows it to be distributed well, and there are many readers that also parse the content for searches.  I tried to aim the content at existing Greens but also people who may not know a lot about us. For future Bulletins, I would love to get some stuff from the chapters to include, things they've done, and things they will do. Its a work in progress, and its something that shows that we're active statewide.

Great feedback Laura!  I can change the links to make them go to each chapter.. I think everyone has at least a Facebook page. Also, I'm going to just nix that chapter info on the Events page.  I'm about ready to chuck the who events page for a different plugin.  This one wants money for recurring events, etc. 🙁

Although there are advantages to PDF format, such as ease of formatting.  🙂

in reply to: GPCO Bulletin for December 2014 #799

    I'm open to that.

Let me know if you see any typos or anything.. I'd be willing to add something, maybe, but I don't want to hold it up. Hopefully, these bulletins could be shared with members and potential members, letting people know what's been going on over the last month, and maybe highlighting some upcoming things, as well.

in reply to: Introduction and Co Springs City Council #796

Hi Brittany! I'll be the first to say "welcome!" and thank you for introducing yourself with such eloquence. As for the council spot in the Springs, I'll make a note of it and make sure our Pike's Peak Greens are aware.  In an uncontested election, we could take a stand on some vital issues.

in reply to: McKinney/Clemente 2008 Candidacy and the Colorado ballot #795

We spoke on the phone on this, but just for the record.. a lot has happened in the Green Party over the last 6 years.  Party leadership has changed over and we're moving forward.

Great article and good looking out Thom! Gonna post that to my Facebook feed.
